Over the last two years, God has been faithful in every step of our young church. From gathering in a small conference room at the World Indigenous Missions building to gathering in a community theatre across town to transforming an old warehouse into our home base for gospel advancement, God has been so good to our church family. But we believe God has more in store for our church here at 2415 Lifehaus Industrial Dr. The Next Steps Project is our opportunity to take the next step in what we believe is God’s plan for our church.
Over the last year, we have utilized the West Warehouse, what we affectionately call the “Pavilion,” for many events when the weather permits. But now we are embarking on another step as a church to transform the West Warehouse into a permanent 24/7 climate-controlled ministry space for our rapidly growing children, students, and family ministries.
This space will primarily serve our kids’ ministry on Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights, allowing us to move most of our children to the first floor of our facility while giving us more space upstairs for on-campus LifeGroups, Bible classes, counseling rooms and offices. The multi-purpose design in the West Warehouse will also allow for maximum flexibility for church-wide events like our Back to School Bash, Easter and Christmas Celebrations, and many other events our church hosts each year. The overall design for the West Warehouse will allow us to continue growing as a church while being good stewards of our space and finances.
How can you participate in our Next Steps Project? Two ways in particular: Prayer and giving. Will you pray for God to provide the finances and means for completing the West Warehouse? Will you pray for God to give us wisdom on the best way to maximize our ministry spaces? Finally, will you pray about giving to reach our goal of $150,000 for the remainder of the West Warehouse renovation?
This is one step in our journey of many next steps I believe God has for our church. Will you take the next step with us?
